What can you expect? - 60-minute one-on-one sessions either in person or via Zoom along with tools and action items to keep you on track to reaching your goals. Through accountability and commitment, you can identify barriers as well as opportunities to move forward.
How is coaching different from therapy? - Coaching empowers a client to reach his or her own conclusions and develop personalized goals and an action plan. Therapy involves a deeper dive into past relationships, deeper patterns, and maybe even one's childhood. Therapy also involves diagnosing and treating a patient rather than coaching a client.
What do I need to bring to the coaching sessions?
- Agency - You take responsibility for identifying and achieving your goals.
- Commitment - You are committed to working on yourself and taking the steps needed to reach your goals.
- Intention - Your intention is focused on improving yourself and your life.
